Top Yemeni Spiritual leader accused Iran behind Houthi Rebel

Sheik Abdul Madjid AL Zandani, a top Yemeni spiritual leader allege Iran has been supporting the Houthi Rebel in Yemen. He said that Iran want to export Shiite ideology to Sunni majority country with harassment. Actually, this is not a new issue. Many Sunni experts said that Iran want to dominate Arabia peninsula.

Al Zandani want the problem between Sunni-Shiite could be resolved quickly. He also added that the dialogue between two side will resolve the problem.

Meanwhile, Dr. Majob Zweiri, The head of Iranian Studies at Jordan University, denied Al Zandani's claim. He said Sanaa government always claim Iranian involvement in Yemeni conflict. Dr. Zweiri should realize that Iranian influence has been raising since Shiite hold Iraq government. Yemeni government must be afraid with Shiite influence.The rebel began in 2004 or since supported Iran Shiite hold the Iraq leadership.

Ali Abdullah Saleh, Yemeni president, has vowed to eliminate Houthi rebel. Ali Abdullah also get supporting from Arabs government for defeating the rebel. Prince Ahmad bin Abdul Aziz, the deputy of interior ministry said that Riyadh co-operate with Sanaa government. Ahmet Abul Geit, Egypt foreign ministry, support Sanaa government. He refused any rebellion include Houthi rebel. He also added that Egypt is Yemeni sister.

Sunnis and Shiites have been fighting for over a thousand years. They will not stop fighting now because of the conflict over the "Mahdi" making his so-called appearance.
