Hi Welcome! Basically you can just go through the site and read other people's stories and then leave comments and rate the story good or bad. Then you can post pretty much anything, but news stories are what is posted most here. You can post a bit about a news story and then direct people to a link to the whole story. Just make sure you put what ever you post under the right topic. You can post pretty much anything under the Your Story area. You also want to become fans to people and hope people will become your fan.
