The 50 year old 'King of Pop' was in 'reasonably good health' said the autopsy report. The most serious problem that he had was damage to the lungs. But the report also stated
that Jackson who died of a heart attack in June, had punctured wounds to his arms, tattooed lips, eyebrows and suffered from arthritis. His death was ruled a homicide by the coroner because there was a powerful anesthetic present in his body on the day of his death.
In August, The Los Angeles coroner announced that two drugs Propofol and a sedative called Lorezapam where the cause of Michael Jacksons death. It is known that Jacksons doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray gave the singer these drugs.
Now that the coroner has ruled homicide there is a real chance that Dr. Conrad Murray could be facing criminal charges in regards to 'The King of Pops' death. Although as stated previously the autopsy report said 'that there was lung damage' this has been ruled out as a factor or cause of death.
