Australia registered a comfortable 9 wicket win over England and entered the final of the Champions Trophy.Batting fast England faced a very bad start with 6 wickets down for just 101 runs in 20 overs.But a nice display by Bresnan who scored 80 runs helped England to score 257 runs .

In reply the Australian team started very badly with the first wicket fall of Tim paine , but Ricky Ponting and Shane Watson batting brilliantly each scored hundreds as Australia registered their nine wicket win over the England team.They both scored 252 unbeaten runs partnership of the second wicket.By this win the Aussies won 7 consecutive matches against the England in last 8 clashes.
