I was listening to the lyrics from Kris Allen's new song, "Live Like We're Dying" (it's actually a cover of The Script's original song, and Kris does an amazing job on it), and they reminded me that whenever I feel overwhelmed, I need to force myself to take a break. If I don't pay attention to the wonderful people in my life, I'll regret it later. I especially love the chorus when he sings:

We only got 86 400 seconds in a day,
To turn it all around or throw it all away
We gotta tell 'em that we love 'em while we got the chance to say,
Gotta live like we're dying
