CASTRATION FOR PAEDOPHILIACS!!!

The deputy of “Fair Russia” faction Anton Belyakov made the project of amendments to the Criminal Code of Russian Federation. He offers to inflict a chemical castration upon paedophiliacs.

“Chemical castration will be applied for the rape and violent actions of sexual type in relation to the child who haven’t reached the age of 14 years old, and for the carnal connection and lecherous actions in relation to the children who haven’t reached 12 years old”, is written in the explanatory note. According to this document the castration and long term of imprisonment for paedophiliacs can be changed only to the imprisonment for life.

“There are 1,300 children in Russia who have suffered from the sexual violence and 5,233 who have suffered from non-violent sexual crimes during 2008”, said the deputy.

Medical practice shows that the paedophilia is an incurable disease associated with the steady change of psyche. The pervert, who has been set free, returns to the commission of crime in 97% of cases.

The matter of the chemical castration is that the special preparation is injected to the man’s organism. This preparation is the modified form of testosterone (testosterone undecanoate). It blocks the male hormone’s operation that leads to the full suppression of the sexual desire.
