We “expend” so much; they “expand”, teasing and challenging the “mature government”.
It’s no longer than 30 years when “the revolutionary opposition” against the system took the form of “Naxalism”, they are a greatest threat to internal security of India. It’s not because they don’t follow the corrupt government or don’t fear the security makers, but because of them the common man is petrified and is feeling insecure even in a democratic, free country; also the money we spent after them and the property destroyed in the confusion can be used in a far better way.
