NEXT PANORAMA - THE TRUTH ABOUT SPENDING CUTS - TONIGHT, 28 SEPTEMBER 8.30PM ON BBC ONE
----------------------------------------
Hi Biodun
Now that all the parties have said it, Panorama challenges the politicians to come clean on their plans for spending cuts.
The recession may be over, but whichever party wins the next general election will face the biggest overdraft in recent history.
John Ware asks where will cuts be made now that it's payback time? By how much? And which areas will be most squeezed?
Panorama: The Truth About Spending Cuts is tonight on BBC One at 8.30pm.
You can read John Ware's analysis of party plans in light of his key interviews with leading figures, including the Chancellor Alistair Darling on the Panorama website:

BANKS BEHAVING BADLY?
From spending cuts to the banking crisis, in last week's Panorama John Sweeney went on the trail of the billions pumped into the banking system to save it from collapse.
Meeting small business owners going bust and people struggling to secure a mortgage, the programme uncovered the other side of banking and evidence of tax avoidance schemes.
