The Government is trying to give you $8000

I have been in the Real estate Industry for years now. I have seen the market change from a buyers to a sellers market in less than a week. We have been watching this market all year and I can't believe that the American people are sitting on their hands and letting this Tax refund money just go away.

Some folks say it's a scam, some say I can't qualify and others have just been living with their head in the sand and know nothing about it. This is being offered as a Tax refund, when you close on your home you take the HUD-1 statement and send it in with your tax return or you go and amend your returns to receive it. This money cost you nothing, chances are its your money anyway. Why would you not want to take advantage of this if you are able to qualify for a mortgage. You never have to pay it back, you can use it any way you wish.

To me it's a no brainer, if you pay rent why not own your on home. I could care less if you call me, this is not a business proposition. I wish more Americans would just get what they deserve and that's the chance to own a home. Most agents in my business will tell you how bad this market is, but I will tell you its great. I have seen a large increase in my business. Come on people, mowing the grass isn't that bad. If you wanted to call me in Georgia, I wouldn't turn you away.
