In the 50's he looked at the way carnivals were run and decided there was a better way - Disneyland became the blueprint for the way "Theme parks" have been built ever since...
He was a man with a vision - who held strictly to what he wanted (a lot of people thought he he'd gone off his rocker when he purchased a citrus grove in Anaheim - but he turned it into a gold mine - and that was just the start...)
What made Disney the person millions of people grew to love was the "way" he did it - by making other people happy - and few "wealthy" people today could care less about "other" peoples happiness...
