I am a doctor in BANGLADESH, one of the high burden AIDS affected countries in the world. I personally see the emotional, financial & social plight of the HIV infected people on almost daily basis. Therefore, it gives me great personal pleasure in knowing that the newly tested vaccine has proven to be effective!!
