Make sure you Holden to those shoes! Cheeky Amanda uses stilettos to cover her assets

Amanda Holden is seen here demonstrating a novel way of wearing your shoes.

The Britain's Got Talent judge stripped down to a pair of leopard print knickers and kept her modesty intact by placing a pair of silver stilettos over her bosom.

Amanda was pictured in the racy pose as part of a charity campaign to raise funds for research into women's health issues.

The 38-year-old actress was not alone in her endeavours, however, and has been joined by the likes of Kelly Brook and Strictly Come Dancing presenter Tess Daly.

They are among 21 celebrities who have donned their favourite shoes for a sexy photo shoot to launch the Heels that Heal campaign.

And famous faces including Kylie MinogueKylie Minogue, Cheryl Cole and the Prime Minister's wife Sarah BrownSarah Brown will be delving into their shoe closet for an eBay auction of stars' stilettos.

People will also be able to bid for a series of exciting experiences including afternoon tea with Rachel Stevens or a shopping trip with Miss Holden.

The auctioneers hope to raise £500,000 to help young women dealing with chronic gynaecological issues such as PMS (Pre-menstrual syndrome), endometriosis and PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome).

Cash raised will also help women suffering from ovarian and cervical cancer and women determined to get pregnant and have a healthy baby.

The shoe-themed shots will be published this week in News of the World's Fabulous magazine which is collaborating with women's health charity Wellbeing of Women to run the campaign.

For someone pushing 40, Amanda certainly managed to pull off a very youthful look in the photoshoot.

Following this year's Britain's Got Talent, which saw runner-up Susan Boyle rise to fame, Amanda has also benefited after getting noticed by Hollywood.

She was invited to present the Early Show, CBS's breakfast show watched by millions of Americans, to talk about Boyle mania.

It came as an unprecedented break for a British TV personality. The producers were so pleased they then invited her back.

And Amanda was thrilled with the development. She said at the time: 'Making it in the States is what I've dreamed of since drama school. I was always a sucker for that. Hollywood. The movies. The Oscars. All of it. The irony is that I'm getting a taste of it now.'
