There are two places that I know of where you can go and look at Elvis Presley memorbilia: Tupelo, Mississippi and Memphis, Tennesse.
In Tupelo, you see the house where he grew up and you can go inside a small church that is in the same yard and watch a movie about him growing up in church. Also, while you are there along the stone path are the dates of his life. Along a wall, there are milestones in his musical carreer.
In Memphis, you have Graceland. There you tour the home where Elvis once lived. You go through basically the whole house. The only part of it you can not look at is the upstairs, its off limits. Then when you head out the side door you can view the stable and the pasture where his horses roam free. Also, while you are there you will wont to go into the record building and look at all the records, costumes he wore during his concerts, all his awards he has won, and at the end of the building you can see alot more in a big room where they show a concert of his on a television. There is also a garden out there you will wont to go to as well to pay respects to him and his dead realitives. I believe I was told that is where he is burried.
I am not a Elvis fan, but went because my husband loves him. I typed this report based on what I remember about being there a year ago. I hope you all enjoyedmy report and hope all you Elvis fans will be going on a trip soon. You are going to have to go to both places. You can do that all in one day. If I remember correctly, Memphis is about an hour hour and a half drive from Tupelo.
