How grandmother survived a certain death

Colorado Springs : CO : USA | 2 months ago
Views: 43

Cynthia Blair-Hoover, a grandmother, survived in the wilderness of the Rocky Mountains on rain water that dripped through her hair. She was thrown out from her car in Colorado when she tried to swerve while trying to save a deer and fell 120 meters down a cliff. She had a total 11 broken ribs, several portions of her vertebrae were also broken and she had punctured her lungs. It was a miracle for her to have been alive. She crawled for five days to arrive at the opening of a mine nearly 400 meters away where she could cry for help. She was fortunate not to have fallen prey to mountain bears or lions or succumbed to the elements. When rescued, she said that she had been able to live just by thinking of her children and grandchildren.
