The Superior Court of Justice in Barcelona said this on Wednesday that insulting and abusing your boss is not proper grounds for firing your employee because this is common in Spain.
Everyone abuses his job they said and its not a big deal.
This happened because a employee shouted "son of a b****" who was fired instantly by the employeer. But now the employeer has to pay euro6,483 ($9,472) in compensation or reinstate the employees job. It is not known which option the employer picked.
"Without a doubt, both expressions are insulting," Judge Sara Maria Pose Vidal said in the ruling, a copy of which was obtained by the AP.
