Obama knuckles down to Russians again?

The longer Barack Obama is in the office, the weaker he looks to the world. The action that he took to go back on the missile installations in Eastern Europe was one more step down the road to appeasement. Every day, Obama looks more like Neville Chamberlain of Britain, who appeased Hitler before World War II.
