Miracle Cure

Honey and Cinnamon have been found to cure most diseases. Even though Honey is sweet, if taken in the right amounts, it does not harm a diabetic patient. So what is in this mixture? I really don’t know the answer. But I have heard that it can be used to treat the following 7 every day complaints:

1.Colds
For common cold take one tablespoon honey with a 1/ 4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. It will cure most chronic cough, cold and clear the sinuses.

2.Immune System
Daily use of honey and cinnamon powder helps boost immune system. Honey has various vitamins and iron and strengthens the white blood cells to fight bacteria and viral diseases.

3.Acne
Three tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder mixed together as a paste and applied to pimples as night, relieves acne.

4.Weight Loss
By Drinking Honey and cinnamon powder with a cup of boiled water as tea, regularly before going to bed and before breakfast on an empty stomach, helps loose weight. Apparently the mixture does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body.

5.Bad Breath
Gargle with one teaspoon of honey and cinnamon powder first thing in the morning and breath stays fresh throughout the day.

6.Energy Drink without Caffeine
Half tablespoon of honey taken in a glass of water and sprinkled with cinnamon powder, taken daily at 3pm in the afternoon, when the energy level s of the body starts to decrease. This elixir increases the energy of the body within a week.

7.Bladder Infections
Two Tablespoons of cinnamon powder with one teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water destroys the germs in the bladder.

Remember when we were kids we had toast with real butter and cinnamon ☺
