HUMAN DIMENSION IMPLEMENTATION MEETING Warsaw, 28 September 2009 - 9 October 2009 Related info: http://www.osce.org/conferences/hdim_2009.html On 7th October, the Contact Point for Roma and Sinti Issues (CPRSI) will organize a Special Day on Roma and Sinti focusing on the topic: Early Education for Roma and Sinti Children. We anticipate that the event will once again be largely attended by delegates from OSCE participating States, as well as by representatives of other international institutions, Roma organizations and other NGOs. We would very much welcome your participation in the Meeting. All non-governmental organizations interested in participating in the HDIM are kindly requested to complete the on-line Registration Form at http://meetings.odihr.pl The Special Day’s working sessions will be open for participation by NGO representatives, and NGOs will have equal access to register on the list of speakers. The ODIHR Document Distribution System (DDS) will allow you to register written statements and recommendations to be distributed electronically during the meeting. Texts should be submitted during the Meeting to the Document Distribution desk in the hall. Those coming to Warsaw to attend and contribute to the discussions at the special day on Roma and Sinti, are encouraged to bring relevant materials regarding programmes, projects, initiatives and examples of good practices in the area of promoting and supporting participation of Roma and Sinti children in early education, to share them with the other participants.
