OBAMA: He Our Guy; He No Lie

Obama is not a liar!

I know, it’s hard to imagine how he could have been totally unaware that… Bill Ayers, his neighbor and the person who kicked off his Illinois political career, is a homegrown terrorist and holds extreme leftist anti-capitalist views; clueless to the fact that his pastor of 20 years, Rev. Jeremiah Wright is a man who preached the radical, Marxist/Socialist brand of theology termed Black Liberation Theology; totally in the dark about his Green Czar, Van Jones being a self-proclaimed anti-white, radical Black Communist who signed onto to a group that peddles the story of 9-11 being an inside job pulled by the Bush Administration; innocently naive to the reality that ACORN, the organization Obama declared would help shape his agenda, be pivotal in the census, get BILLIONS of Federal Funding (my money, your money) to grow their 300+ spin off entities, is actually involved in the facilitation of…prostitution, trafficking child sex-slavery, harboring illegal aliens, falsifying documents for the purpose of receiving Federal funding and sharing warm, fuzzy stories about spousal homicide.

Forget the fact that our president says repeatedly that none of the healthcare reforms will go for funding abortions (Capps Amendment) or provide money for illegal aliens (as long as illegals admit they are illegal). Joe Wilson, don’t you trust illegals to play by the rules? You racist %4*@&!, you! The Big O doesn’t need to understand every single line of every stupid bill. That’s what he’s got that broad, Pelosi for. Obama’s got bigger fishy emails to fry!

Think about it. If you averaged more speeches per day than your days in office (in office is a figurative term since he physically is rarely IN HIS OFFICE), if you were dragged to NYC for goofy date nights, had to take time out to have a beer and smooth things over between small town cops and sweet little senile college professors, compelled to personally go to schools and tell ungrateful over-indulged brats to stay in school or they’ll find themselves in the Citizen Corps sooner and longer than they thought, appearing on five news shows in one weekend (except Fox because they are pure evil) and Letterman, you’d miss some of the little details too! Do you have any idea how long a guy has to sit in make up just for one television spot? Critics, shut your pie holes! It is no cakewalk being a celebrity, I mean president, I mean narcissistic empty suit front man for socialism.

Obama tells the truth, always…, as he knows it. No lie.

Amanda,

I agree with you. I wish people would stop trying to defend this administation at all costs. It is shameful how the Media in this country has abandoned it's duty to inform the citizenry. It is derelict and wreaks of complicity.

Somehow the voices of reason in this country have become the poster childs for racism and bigotry. All the while our country is being wrecked by the second. You have ex-Presients chiming in and accusing concerned citizens who dare to protest, racists. There used to be a time when it was dangerous to yell out Fire in a movie theatre unless you had prove. Now anyone can claim racism without being asked what prove or evidence do you have for making such incindiery claims.

If you question a President who happens to be Black, you are now a racist. If you care about runaway government spending you are racist. If you try to uphold the Constitution and protect your Freedoms, you are a racist.

Amanda, you do us all a favor by voicing your worries & concerns. I hear you loud & clear.

Redhanded101,

I hear you. I can see where what Joe Wilson did was rude and certainly out of order but the fact that he called Obama a liar calls for a clarification on both sides. Obama is being misleading and intellectually dishonest on a plethora of issues yet he sees no reason to answer to these points. We elected a president, not an emperor. Falling back on "racism" as his surrogates are happy to proclaim shows the true lack of regard for actual racism when it does exist. Trumping up such charges cheapens the term and relegates it to Crying Wolf. Carter is nothing but a washed up political hack who will sink to any low necessary to get attention. All political animals, regardless of the party should serve their terms and then leave the stage, period. When they claw for face time as Carter does, it is simply pathetic. Thanks for taking the time to read and comment!

Amanda Keller's comments seem right on to me. I like the clarity of her thinking and the crisp message in her words.

Let's face it: President Obama had the opportunity to succeed as he did on election day and now has the opportunity to fail as his poll numbers seem to be suggesting now regarding his policies.

Where is the racism except in Rev. Wright's rants, comments about stupid Cambridge police and Van Jones' white conspiracies?
Reply By AmandaKeller AmandaKeller | 2 months ago
Exactly VASteve!

Rev. Wright's rants are excused as a crazy uncle. What about Obama's own infered racist remarks regarding those "stupid" police? Not to mention his horrible expression about the Special Olympics when appearing on The Tonight Show (when isn't he appearing, by the way?)

I have to disagree with you on Wilson being "rude and out of order" - If he'd said something nasty or vile I'd agree - but the words "you lie" are not offensive, are not "profanity" and were nothing more than an interruption... If someone had yelled, "Amen brother!" that would have been an interruption, but I doubt anyone would have cared...

What I see is the Socialist/Democratic party rising up and "silencing" any opposition to "their plans"... They've officially "warned" anyone who might "have the gall" to stand up to them, that "Freedom Of Speech" is no longer available to anyone not of "the ruling class..."

As far as jimmy carter and his cries of "Racism" are concerned - Racism occurs when "any and all" people of a specific group of people are judged and treated differently because of the color of their skin (or some other "attribute") - and that has NOTHING to do with what's going on here - there are obviously a lot of people who don't want to see Obama "leading" this country - but it has absolutely NOTHING to do with the color of his skin and EVERYTHING to do with the person himself...

Crying "Racism" is a last resort when you can't come up with anything else...

instgtr,

I concur with your sentiments regarding Joe Wilson however it is a long held House floor rule not to call anyone a "liar" or to say they do such. I don't agree with the rule but it is on the books. So, in that vein, Rep. Wilson was "out of order" but he is far from the first member to break this rule yet he is the first to be admonished such. And the double standard enforced from the left yet again.

Jimmy Carter is so irrelevant it's giving him too much credit to sneeze at him. He'll never admit Obama is challenged because his policies SUCK!!! Thanks for your comments!

Amanda, you made some great points. How can the left continue to state what a great man and intellect this empty suit is, all while they claim that BO was clueless about these radicals.

The entire left is clueless and they will continue to play the ignorant race card until it does incite something horrific. Ironically, I see more hate spouted by Blacks than I do from Whites. This is not racism however, it is only the manifestation of the frustrations they feel from the way their ancestors were treated by my ancestors. What ever!

What I really wish is that they would quit trying to pawn a duck off as a puppy. Every person Obama has chosen to surround himself with has a radical, politically charged past or present. If a progressive social agenda is what he/they truly believe is the best direction for the country then have the cahunas to make the intellectual argument for it and call it what it is! This shell game and lipstick on porkbarrels is trying my patience and about 53% of the rest of the country! Thanks for taking time to read my piece and adding some really valid comments.

I don't see what the point is of criticising one man, when the system that produces or allows men that don't give a damn about people and are able to come to power is what should be in question. The system needs reform because it is 250 years old and needs updating; nothing is sacred or written in stone; hell, it's written on hemp. That's what Obama has said he''ll do, reform, and a lot of people aren't happy with it because they fear change. As far as it goes, he's more caring and honest than Bush or Cheney, or any number of other previous administrations. And he's most certainly not the front-man for socialism; if anything, as President of the USA, he represents the epitome of capitalism.
Reply By AmandaKeller AmandaKeller | 2 months ago
Hey my trusty and loyal opposition! Obama is not reforming, only malforming as of late. I have no idea if he is truly caring or not, nor do you but he is the leader and if for all countries regardless of their systems, the buck stops with El Jefe.

You do have a point inthat he is a psuedo-socialist at best. He has cut deals with big business and Wall Street and Big Pharma that certainly undercuts any of the salvation he pretends to deliver to the down-trodden. Can you at least agree with me that change without reason can result in more harm than good? If all change were good then we'd have to say when Hitler came into power and ushered in enormous change that was good. No, it wasn't nor was it based on solid, moral reasoning. That is an extreme example but just because I've lived in the same house for 20 years doesn't mean moving to a different one would improve my life. The move must have reasoning and thought behind it. The change Obama has implemented has been either fluff or truly irresponsible. Obama is no capitalist nor was Bush. Thanks for the thoughts. You test me!
Posted By RAceS RAceS | 2 months ago
Again I agree with you Amanda. Change for change sake is ignorance at it's best. While Changez brings up the valid point that the system is 250 years old, it is still the best system in the world and will continue to be so, as long as our elected leaders live up to the Constitution. Our founding Fathers had it right then and it is still right today.

The real problem is people like Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Franks and others, who have learned to abuse and take advantage of the system.

We do need change, but the change that Oblablablama is proposing is only going to hurt this great nation even further. If he really wants to enact healthcare reform, he should start by reforming the health care that he and members of Congress have. Let them live by the same rules and then they can truly understand the change that is needed.

If this country truly feared change, we would never be the super power we are today. It is all the change this country has gone through that has literally shaped the world.

Wasn't there an old saying, "Be careful what you wish for - you just might get it..."The "change" the Democrat party is getting is from Democrat to Socialist/Democrat which can become Socialism and then who knows what??? Hitler (who was also a very "charismatic" leader) took advantage of a lot of people who were demanding "change"...
Reply By Punditty Punditty | 2 months ago
The old "Hitler" card. You know who else took advantage of a lot of people demanding "change"?

George W. Bush.
Bill Clinton.
Ronald Reagan.
Jimmy Carter.
Dick Nixon.
John F. Kennedy.

Need I go on? The Hitler Card should be the "nuclear option" in rhetorical sparring; to throw it out so casually doesn't do much in the way of adding to constructive debate.

A point dismissed often but at what cost? It all starts somewhere. Very valid concern.

Anytime the old "child sex slavery" charges get hurled at a politician, I have to wonder about the accuracy of the writer's "information."

I hope you see that you have absolutely no credible evidence and that perhaps - note I wrote "perhaps" - your pre-existing antipathy toward the president might be shaping your interpretation of information, at least to some degree.

Anyone making such charges - especially something as serious as the accusation I mentioned - should familiarize themselves with the Franklin Child Prostitution Ring. Some consider it a hoax, some don't, but many "child sex slavery" charges in the political arena are a variation of the themes found in the Franklin case. Search for it on the Web to learn more; there is a Wiki entry and that's a good place to start.

However - I do like the idea of calling Obama "The Big O," although Oscar Robertson will always be the real "Big O" to me.

Punditty,

I take it you have seen NONE of the tapes released regarding the ACORN sting. Have you not heard that the Senate is now cutting off funding to ACORN due to these tapes? Do some research of your own. If you read my piece, the child prostitution is noted according to what ACORN is on tape facilitating in over four different offices around the country. Obama's personal connections to this organization and his public declaration of his support of ACORN is where the issue with him lies. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to make this clear.
Posted By Punditty Punditty | 2 months ago
The same ACORN that John McCain praised so lavishly before he was a presidential candidate?

If you think that President Obama had any knowledge of these *alleged" acts of child prostitution, that's your business, but don't go pretending that everyone should make the same leaps of conjecture you are making just in order to advance your pre-conceived ideas about Obama being such a monster. That's like saying George W. Bush supports the killing of abortion doctors just because he opposes abortion. Get real.

And do you think that it just might be possible that ACORN has done at least *some* good in the communities it serves? I know that it has. I'm not saying it's on par with Mother Teresa's work or anything, but I know that ACORN has helped poor people have a voice in many instances when their perspective would have been shut out altogether.

So ACORN may have its problems - in fact it does - but to try and lay them at the feet Obama and pretend ACORN has never done anything of value is just another sad statement on the state of political dialogue in this country.
Reply By AmandaKeller AmandaKeller | 2 months ago
I agree, ACORN absolutely began as a much needed organization. That is not a question however, whistleblowers who worked in ACORN came out over a YEAR ago pleading for Congress to look into the financial books. A deaf ear was turned. Obama KNEW about these individuals. They were publicized and even appealed to him while he ran for president. NOTHING from him other than to publicly announce that ACORN would help shape his agenda. That stinks.

I also agree with you that Obama had no personal knowledge of ACORN facilitating illegal acts or promoting the practice of falsifying financial documents however he DID KNOW of the issues regarding the whistleblowers and the DEMOCRATS NOT REPUBLICANS in NEVADA who have brought voter fraud charges against ACORN. Obama, until the video tapes, was in bed with ACORN. Now, he can't be but he could have distanced himself a year ago when serious issues existed.

I was not a fan of Bush, believe me, but I don't remember him calling for the pro-life fanatics to shape his agenda, to receive vast amounts of Federal Funding. Obama profited politically through the machine of ACORN even while knowing there were SERIOUS ethics questions. Obama is NOT a monster, he's a rank and file politician. The Republicans are no better. That's why they were voted out of power. Pelosi PROMISED to drain the swamp and make Congress the most ethical sitting body in history. Really? What about the YEARS now known about Charlie Rangle's 100's of thousands of dollars of under reported taxes? Any other citizens would have hell to pay, Charlie STILL has not been forced to released his financial records. Where is the accountability? Rangle remains in his position, making laws which penalize tax cheats. This may be fine for you but to me there is a real scam going on and the American people need to call ALL of our elected officials to task. Republicans and Democrats are playing us for fools. They hide behind issues and organizations that SOUND GOOD and in theory we all could get behind but time and time again they abuse these systems, their power, our tax money. There is hypocrisy all around and I simply want accountability. Both parties need to realize their actions are finally being watched by the folks who vote them in. None of these jokers are annointed though the majority conduct themselves as such. Do I have the answer to this corruption? There is no quick fix. It's a systemic problem that seems to grow from the ascencion of power. The people who vote these individuals into power must participate faithfully by holding them accountable. Sorry to ramble on. Your points are well taken and appreciated.
