Angry Naive People Calling Names -- AGAIN!

Invariably someone will disagree with someone else. It's human nature, and thanks to living in the United States of America, the Constitution gives all of us that very right of self-expression and individual opinion. That's great, isn't it?

It is unfortunate, though, when someone will go totally out of their way to make someone else feel inferior by calling them by some pre-fabricated name meant to just get a rise out of them.

I am Republican, I do not want the government to carry me. I want to carry myself. I do not want to carry those who don't want to carry themselves. I want to carry those who are trying by working hard for minimum wage. I do not care what color the President is. I do not care what gender the President is. What I care about is how the President is dealing with his job.

Being a contract employee with a minimum of four years in order to accomplish the job he was hired for, the President of the United States is presumably the most important person in the country. Well, he is more than that, he's my employee. He's your employee. He works for us, we do not work for him, we do not bow down to the President. He was hired for a job and he darn well needs to start doing it.

I am not a teabagger, I am not a racist, I am not a birther, Nazi, brown-shirt, big mouth or whatever else they want to call me. I have no idea what they mean by astroturf. I'm an American citizen. I have an education and I have my own opinions. I am capable of expressing them without the need to belittle someone else in my voyage for my own truth.

It is sad to know there are so many presumably educated and intelligent Democrats and Republicans who are going around acting like 6 year olds calling each other names. Didn't I even hear our illustrious "leader" call those protesting the high taxes "teabaggers?" I sure did! People are supposed to take the high road. If we need a six year old to run the country, I will put my grandson up to it. He's smart, can read at a third grade level and knows the difference between right and wrong and what it means to be independent.

My country should be full of people who are above this silly name calling. They should be above the lies that can be proven, and the truths that are shouted down by the paid for masses. Those who are corrupt should be eliminated and those who are trying to be honest should be heard. America does not seem to be my country any more. It is full of rhetoric, and children in powerful places.

This is, and I quote Francis Scott Key: "The land of the free and the home of the brave." We the people need to remember that and stop calling each other names. We're working for the enemy when we divide they will conquor.
