Zimbabwean PM Tsvangirai addresses supporters at a rally in Bulawayo

Zimbabwe's Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai has accused President Robert Mugabe's Zanu-PF party of persecuting his Movement for Democratic Change (MDC).He says Zanu-PF has violated the law and spread the language of hate, and he has vowed not to let it continue. Mr Tsvangirai and Mr Mugabe signed a power-sharing agreement a year ago after a disputed election. Speaking at a rally marking the 10th anniversary MDC's founding, Mr Tsvangirai said his party wants partners who are going to commit themselves to good governance principles, and does not want to partner with looters
