It's hard time to Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono to chose his cabinet members for his term 2009-2014 administration, because this is the last term for him to lead the Jakarta administration. He practically more carefully before make a consideration to chose one of the more than 300 candidates whose already sending by mostly Indonesian party and other institution, including a personal who was sending a CV to Susilo.

Why this term are more difficult, because one of the reason he chose Boediono as his running mate, not to extended the currently vice President Muhammad Jusuf KallaJusuf Kalla is Yudhoyono want his party, Democrat will get a benefit on his last term, especially how to improve another Democrat leaders in order to keep that one of the currently Democrat leaders can continuing his influent to lead Indonesia in the next 2015-2020 presidential term

For example, in the current term 2004-2009 cabinet, his cabinet member as an Agriculture Minister is Anton Apriantono who is a PKS Party cadre who was one of his successful work is to make Indonesian more independent on rice production and other agriculture product which also bosh the PKS image to the Indonesian public.

That is why Yudhoyono in today term likely to chose Dr.Ir.H. Herry Suhardiyanto M.Sc.who currently as an Indonesian Rector of Bogor Agriculture Institute (IPB) who most Indonesian leaders said suitable for the Indonesian next Agriculture Minister. Other reason Herry is a non partisan, who Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono hope that Herry will support or will convert to become a Democrat cadre.

Indonesia will success to become the 5th largest economic powerfully countries in the 2025 is one of them is depend to how to manage this ministries properly.
