Court has summoned former President General (r) Pervez MusharrafPervez Musharraf along

with a number of key officials of his regime in the next hearing of

Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case set for October 7.A divisional bench of

BHC comprises of Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Essa and Justice Ghulam

Mustafa Mengal issued the summons to ex-government’s officials on

Friday while hearing a petition filed by Jamil Akbar Bugti for the

registration of the FIR in murder of his father and former Governor and

Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Akbar Bugti.

Those who were summoned by the court on October 7 include former

President General (r) Pervez Musharraf, former Prime Minister Shaukat

Aziz, ex-federal interior minister Aftab Ahmed Khan SherpaoAftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao, former

Governor Balochistan Owais Ahmed Ghani, former Chief Minister

Balochistan Jaam Yousuf and former provincial minister for interior

Shoaib Nosherwani.
