India defeated the Kiwis by six wickets in the Compaq cup triseries match

India today registered their easy six wicket win over the kiwis in the triangular series match in Premadasa stadium in Columbo.Batting first the kiwis only managed to get 155 runs for the lose of all wickets, none of the player could surplus 25 runs.Asish nehra and Yuvraj singh took three wickets each.RP singh and Ishant sharma took two wickets each, only captain Daniel vettori made 25 runs.The Kiwis just bundled out in just 47th over.

India started of a shacky start with Dinesh Kartik out IBW for only 4 runs .After that Sachin Tendulakar and Rahul Dravid played nicely , Sachin added 45 runs and Dravid 14 runs.But the pair collapsed quickly and India was in slight pressure but the valuable batting by Captain Dhoni and Suresh Raina made India's way to the final.MS dhoni made 35 runs and Raina made 45 runs.India reached the target with in 41st over.
