The Black Gold Festival will start September 17th and last until September 20th. This is a time when everyone comes together for live entertainment, rides, food, booth sales, reuniting with old friends, and fun. Anyone who wishes to be in the Hazard area during this time should stop by and see what is going on in the big city of Hazard, KY.
