U.S. Representative Joe Wilson of South Carolina listens to President ...

This is an official request for the resignation of Congressman Joe Wilson of the 2nd Congressional District of South Carolina. The resignation of Representative Joe Wilson is requested because he has been lying to his constituents and the people of the United States of America. This is also an official request of every other Republican member of Congress that is and has been aiding the deception and fraud of the American people.

During President Barack Obama’s address to both houses of the Congress on September 9, 2009, Congressman Joe Wilson interrupted the President by shouting, “You lie”.

President Obama at the time was specifically speaking about provisions in the healthcare reform bill that prohibits any payments for undocumented aliens.

Below is said section of said bill:

H.R. 3200: Sec 246 — NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS

Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States.

Representative Joe Wilson’s outburst is clear evidence that he is deceiving the American taxpayer. He is knowingly misinformation and manipulating the American people. He has used position in government to negatively effect a public discussion.

Representative Joe Wilson has taken an oath for his position in government, his Constitutional Oath.

The Constitutional Oath is as followed:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

Representative Joe Wilson has not well and faithfully discharged the duties of his office.

All other Republican members of Congress are accused of the same failure to fulfill the duties of their respective offices.

Your resignations please.

IF you support the resignation of Joe Wilson as well please write to your Representatives and Senators requesting his resignation. He and politicians like him have turned what should have been an intelligent discussion on real concerns of Healthcare Reform into a dangerous atmosphere of fearful, angry, confused, deliberatley misinformed and passionate American citizens.

He and politicians like him have spread lies, manipulated information and purposely angered the American people to raise opposition against the healthcare reform bill.

Well, well, well... all politicians spread the information with their ‘twist' or 'how they read' the issue/idea/law or whatever they are spreading. I am not against that because both side of the aisle does that, what I am against is the way Joe Wilson handled himself in this infamous instance. He should and/or should be forced to resign from his office due to his disrespect to the Office of the President of the United Sates and the full house of Congress. Apology presented and accepted or not. Period.
If we do not do this, at least to set precedence, we will head towards the way some nations do their business in such sacred chambers of government that is displayed at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYewI_l-aAI, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Pqhnf6XKC8&NR=1&feature=fvwp, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cD0XZlxKuig&NR=1.

yes someone in support of people who tell lies to manipulate fears for political purposes would send money to Joe Wilson.

Especially to hypocrites like Joe Wilson, who have voted for MediCaid and its provision of paying for the illegal immigrants that receive care from emergency rooms. Precisely the thing that Wilson yelled about.

I imagine you have no problem when a Republican supports the same thing, let me repeat, the same thing, he is publically opposing.

Medicaid supports payments for illegal immigrants who show up to the emergency room for care, because it is cheaper to give care to the less than 1% that show up, than it is to check for the legal status of everyone that comes into an emergency room. Aside from the economical reason, It is also not good to postpone treatment of emergency room patients (99% of whom are legal Americans)to clear the background check. U.S. citizens will die because of that.

So I'm sure you would be giving over money to a right-wing hypocrite and a loud mouth rascist, who could not fathom the the bi-racial President allowing immigrants to receive healthcare in emergency rooms.
