A few lines for the refugees in the Taliban-stained Pakistan

Talibans have escalated violence in the Northwestern Pakistan and 2 million hapless souls are at present refugees. Fifty percent of them are children. None of them has any fault of their own. They have been forced to quit their home and everything which they have. They have been forced to live in camps in an extreme weather and unfriendly geographical location. They need food, shelter, water, soaps, cotton and such other essential substances to just survive.
Yes, this is a man-made calamity. Yes, men who are responsible to award this catastrophe to a large section of human beings are not unknown to the inhabitants of the globe.
It is not the time to recollect what role the rulers of the USA and of Pakistan and Pakistan’s infamous ISI personnel played during a long period when Talibans emerged and how they were favored and nourished till the Talibans, under the leadership of Osama-bin-Laden and Omar, turned into the most undesirable experiences of the modern world.
In view of the United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton this is a state of "a major humanitarian crisis."
The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) has been engaged in assisting the refugees all over the world. It is time to strengthen the UNHCR so that the refugees in Pakistan may find their friends on the earth and may find reasons to smile one day.
