Assassination Attempt on Leader of JWP

Father and uncle of Housing Minister NWFP Mr. Amjid Afridi were injured and their guard was killed when unknown assassins had opened fire at their car in Kohat on Tuesday.

‘Shamim Khan Afridi, and his brother Sher Zaman Afridi were injured and their guard Zeeshan was killed when unknown assassins had opened fire at their car near Billitang village of Kohat on Tuesday, assassins placed in a car have chased the car of Mr. Shamim Afridi and after hitting the car with bullets and killing the guard and injuring Mr. Shamim Afridi an office bearer of Jamhuri Watan Party have escaped towards tribal area,’ media reports.

Kohat Rescue 15 sources have confirmed that car of Mr. Shamim Afridi was damaged he was injured, and his guard was killed in armed attack from unknown assassins on Tuesday.
