The Country Music Association (CMA) has released the nominees for their forty-third annual Country Music Awards show set to air in November. Country star Brad Paisley leads the way with six nominations while Hootie and the Blowfish lead singer Darius Rucker was awarded his first country nomination.
The Country Music Awards will be broadcast live on November 11 from the Somet Center in Nashville. Brad Paisley and “American Idol” star Carrie Underwood will return as hosts for the show.
