The 4th Annual Good Vibrations IXFF Indie Erotic Film Festival kicks off this Saturday at El Rio in San Francisco with a screening of Courtney Trouble's new indie porn flick Speakeasy and an afterparty to start the fest off properly.
The main event is the 2009 IXFF Independent Erotic Film competition at the Castro Theatre on Thursday September 17, where short-film directors from around the world will vie for a $1,500 Audience Choice prize.
Other IXFF events include Blue Movie Night at Amnesia on Sunday, a celebration of vintage erotica hosted by Good Vibrations' resident sexologist Dr. Carol Queen; a Tuesday screening of BDSM: It's Not What You Think! at the Center of Sex and Culture; and a screening of the 1974 classic The Devil In Miss Jones at the Lumiere Theatre on Wednesday.
