Bihar court have issued a non-bailable warrant against Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray.
He faces allegations that in his party's mouthpiece 'Samna',where he allegedly used inflammatory words against Biharis .
Judicial Magistrate Rakeshpati Tiwari of Bhojpur have issued non-bailable warrant against Thackeray.
This warrant is issued in court,because he was not presented on seventh July in court.
Interestingly, earlier this Tiwari have filed petition on behalf of Rajesh Kumar Singh against Thackeray.
Kumar in his petition had charged against Thackeray for Thackeray's insulting comment.
