so where is the international outrage that civilians were killed and injured? if this had been a nato bomb the usa would be condemned worldwide and be called imperialist satanic infidels. is there no outrage because it was the taliban doing the killing or because only imperialist satanic infidels were killed?

he airport is used by civilians as well as foreign troops operating in the country. The bombing took place outside the gate on the military side. Taliban insurgents targeted the airport with rocket attacks last month, as they intensified their campaign of violence ahead of the country's presidential election.Meanwhile, the NATO-led international force in Afghanistan has concluded that civilians were among those killed and wounded in an air strike Friday in the northern province of Kunduz.

aren't you outraged? well I would call that international outrage. As far as nations being enraged, how better to show that than by invading the country. We're already there. We're in control, we have the technology to detect 100s of civilians around one oil tanker. And decided to bomb the hell out of it with no regard for the civilians. As I wrote and as written by mona, the Taliban targeted the military not the civilian sector. No flights were affected by the blast. And there is international outrage for everything that happens in Afghanistan and Iraq. News outlets report it constantly and politicans and officials not only talk about the situation but also act on the problem constantly. It just gets your attention more and annoys you more when it's our side that does wrong...as it should. We are the ones that are holding the moral stick. It's the reason we're fighting this war, it started as a war on terrorism. So how do we tell them that we are morally better and don't hesitate to blow up mostly civilians. How do you explain to Afghan citizens that they should side with us because we aren't trying to kill them? the Taliban kills them, the invaders kill them, the invaders can't provide safety but the Taliban did when they were in charge. the invaders provide more freedom but the Taliban more safety.
