Scientists have officially discovered a new species of giant rat in the lush and remote rain forest in Papa New Guinea. Many are calling this discovery of the monstrous rat one of the biggest ever in the history of rat species. The Bosavi woolly rat as it is being called is compared to the likes of the typical sewer rat, but was found inside of a crater in a near by dormant volcano.

The group of scientists who discovered this unique rat, have been on a rampage lately in their quest to find and discover new species of animals, which is somewhere in the neighborhood of 30. When scientist stumbled upon the rats, they were described as dumbfounded and unafraid of the people, most likely because they had never seen a living, walking person before. Scientists are extremely pleased with their discover, but are quick to reiterate how unique and endangered these habitats are. Conservations will be critical in preserving these animals futures.

That's interesting. Are they hybrids or something? How big are they? All I know is I'm not messing with no giant rats. I'll make an exception for Master Splinter because dude's advice was worth hearing and he could chop a criminal up real good. Plus, his outfit was fresh. No one can say he didn't have swag with that silk robe on.

Aw...You got to find some pictures of these big old rats> Sooner or later, these things will be crawling deep inside New York's subway systems, eating our mutated rats. If it's as big as a beaver and not scared of me, I'm out. And Mastor Splinter was the man! Damn I miss Ninja Tutles...
