LHC nominee judge absconder in property case
FAISALABAD: President Faisalabad Bar Mian Mansoor Ahmed, who has been nominated as a judge of Lahore High Court, was said to be declared absconder by a court in property case.
Mansoor Ahmed was declared absconder in a case registered at People’s Colony police station in Faisalabad.
Mian Mansoor clarifying his position has said he was not directly involved in the case but his name was added during the inquiry of the case. He said his opponents who are against his nomination as high court judge, have made the case registered in 2006, an issue.
