Ponting announces retirement from T20Is

Australia’s captain Ricky Ponting has announced his retirement from T20I cricket and will now play only test matches and ODIs. Michael Clarke is expected to take over the captaincy of the T20I Aussie side, whereas Ponting would continue leading the test match and the ODI side. However, officially, no such announcement has been made yet.
