Cowardly U.N. not teaching about the Holocaust

The United Nations' refugee agency caved into anger from Hamas to not teach about the Holocaust. Around 200,000 children are run in schools run by the U.N. Relief and Works Agency. (UNRWA)

The Palestinian agency Ma'an wrote complaining that there were supposedly plans to teach about the event.

“[We] refuse to let our children be taught this lie created by the Jews and intensified by their media. First of all, [the Holocaust] is not a fact, and secondly, those who added it to the curriculum intended to mess with our children’s emotions."

Karen Abu Zayd, a commisioner for URNWA, said on Tuesday that the Holocaust was not being taught. Ma'an ends the speech with her talking about how anyone can read the textbooks and see that no mention is there. However, the Jewish human rights group Simon Wiesenthal Center claims that Ma'an isn't showing the whole thing and she continues to say that the destruction of six million Jews and "undesirables" isn't a human rights concern.

Cowardly, outragouse, spineless; take your adjective. However, suprising can't be one of them. The UN after all has a body that hates Jews, throws freedom of speech under the bus, and emboldens Islamic supremecy.

Hamas is the only one listed to have complained at all about this. However, they are hardly alone in Palestine to deny that. The same goes with Israelis as forty percent of respondants of Arab Israelis think the Holocaust is a myth, an increase of almost ten percent.

I can only speculate if this nonsense occured in Germany. Perhaps these so-called educators would grow a spine if that were the case.
