The speakers will discuss the November ballot measure on incorporating the Town of Carmel Valley by responding to questions submitted in advance by the League (e.g., Would the Town of CV be fiscally viable? Are existing services adequate? Would there be significant environmental impacts? Are there advantages in division of government or not? etc.), as well as to written questions from the audience.
