DJ AM (Adam Goldstein), a well known and successful dj, was pronounced dead at approximately 6:00 pm on August 28, 2009. We're told that he passed away due to an overdose. A friend of his was getting worried after he hadn't seen or heard from him in days. Eventually, the cops received the friend's call and got into Adam's Manhattan apartment where Adam was found face down on his bed with a crack-pipe and a bottle of pills by his side. Adam started a project about the cons of drugs and was sober for a bit. Nobody knows what happened. In 2008, Adam was injured in a plane crash that he and former member, Travis Barker, of the band, Blink 182, survived. People say his death is something like "Final Destination." His time has come.
