Teacher strips 9-year old girl

It was a girl’s school, the teacher and principal are both women and in such a school a 9-year old girl was stripped of her top in full view of the class. When she tried to hide her nudity, she was admonished by the teacher who tried to pull down her shorts as well – all because her school fees were not paid. It seems the girl was the daughter of an auto rickshaw driver and had been granted concession of school fees in full by the District administration under a scheme for under privileged children. Still the school authorities compelled her parents to pay the fees – consequently, they took up the matter with the District administration and, as a result, the girl was humiliated and victimized.
