2009 Portland Freshwater Trust Triathlon
This year's Portland Triathlon was held last weekend, August 22nd and 23rd, the third year for Portland Freshwater Trust. The triathlon immersed itself with Riverfest and the grand opening of newer digs for Portland Saturday Market. Quite a day for waterfront activities.
The triathlon featured a swim in the Willamette, a run course along the waterfront and Naito Parkway, and the bike course along Terwilliger Boulevard, which is known for hills and curves.
