In their zeal to print the story first and using "insider" reports with no names some celebrity sites erroniously reorted the events at the home of Shanna MoaklerShanna Moakler.

Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker and his ex-wife former Miss USA and reality star Shanna Moakler have two children ages three and five. When Barker brought the children home Tuesday after his visitation he saw a car belinging to a known child molester in the parking lot. Upon seeing the car Barker refused to leave his children without one of the nannies present. An agressive discussion ensued causing Moakler to call the pollice.

It turned out that the owner of the car Barker feared was not there, his wife was. After a short discussion Barker agreed to leave the children after being given the names and contact information for the nannies.

After Barker left, Moakler asked police how she could get a restraining order; and the officer told her how to go about getting one.

Moakler and Barker were married in 2004 and divorced in 2006 but have gotten together and broken up a number of times since then.
