Making a living in cyberspace

Hi there, welcome to my view on making a living online. I currently have two shops on ETSY, that is a place similar to E-bay, but for Artists, handmade, vintage, etc...I am finding it a hopeful endeavor for my artwork and various vintage/antique collectables. I am disabled and unable to carry a full time job anymore, but am still a force to reckon with! I have some family, but they have their own agendas and mostly leave me to my own devices. I am trying everything to promote myself, including foreign, scary technologies that I am not adept with yet. I have been on the computer for over 23 years, so that part is a breeze for me. I would welcome others opinions, information, stories, etc....So much of what is out there now is junk and false hope. And I am afraid that we are already saturating the market.....

Well, another exciting week in cyberspace! We have a few sales. It boggles my mind to think of a jillion things out there, that one of mine got picked! It is an awesome thought. It takes a lot of work to keep promoting yourself, and you have to be consistent. It takes me about 6 or seven hours a day, at this point, to keep my sites active, attractive, and renewed. Let me know if you have any thoughts to share. And, OH YES!, how about that Postal Service. That could really scare people off from buying......
