The other side of the burka
A former French spy Herve Jaubert escaped from Dubai by using the burka as a disguise – he had worn a scuba outfit underneath the burka and thus left the UAE in a dinghy without raising any suspicion. He has disclosed this in his book Escape from Dubai to be released shortly. This brings to memory the disguise adopted by a criminal in the hit Bollywood movie Gangajal. The burka has also been used to hide one self from prying eyes while professing love in many old time Bollywood movies. In real life, Himesh Reshammiya went to the dargah of Moinuddin Chisti to seek blessings for his to-be-released movie.
