Imran Khan had an affair with Benazir Bhutto, True or False?

I bet this is true. The man has a long list of scandals including the infamous Goldie Hawn one. It's a bit tragic that the whole thing is out around Benazir Bhutto's first death anniversary

Imran I agree with you this looks really bad for Benazir Bhutto, who was a leader of an Islamic country, she has never had any scandals associated with her before, she was a Muslim woman, who do not engage in this type of behaviour and physical relationships.... we have all heard about the word "honor" from the Muslim world.

This is a disgrace for Pakistanis and for Muslim community as a whole. Whatever Benazir did shouldn't be a concern for anyone let alone for a leader who was respected so much. And she is dead man, so Mr. Christopher knock up some sense of morality in your head!

Even if they did have an affair, in college, 30 years ago, before either of them were public figures, it is completely their personal business and none of our affair except as casual interest in the lives of famous and powerful people and how they got to the top. Their personal morality as regards their relationships are not for us to comment on in as much they don't impinge on their public lives. If they had an affair while BB was PM and she gave him a political position or a million dollars for it, then it is public business and our business. As it is, their are far more important aspects to consider about their lives than whether they dated in college. The author of this book had better show some excellent sources or research otherwise I hope Imran sues him and makes millions. Personally, I thin Imran being the national dildo was a source of pride. At least he had style. If we want to be embarrassed about things as a nation, we have plenty to look at, from our current President's toothy smile, to the beggars on the street. We should stop pretending to be so morally outraged at the young relationships of people, because they are supposedly 'unislamic' and start considering what truly un-islamic behaviour is and how we indulge in it on a daily basis, from littering to honour killing, to staring at a couple on the street holding hands. Because showing modest love in public is apparently wrong in this country, but praying right after you defraud or kill someone is not.

I just read out tht news about imran khan and benazir, so i dont agree with this statement is true. just spreading the scandals about. so Benzair bhutto was really a nice and good women and good politician.

the reason we as a nation are like this is because of these f***** up people who were supposed to be represeting our country, people whgo were suppose to set an example for us! look at benazir, nawaz, zardari. but i gottah say imran khan atleast gave the country something, something we can still be proud of today and that is teh world cup. what did the other politicians ever give?

I thought long and hard about this one. One the one hand we have the public's right to know particularly about the lives of public personalities -- a principle which has devolved into paparazzi and the painful loss of privacy for public figures. But on the other hand, what does this little gossipy tidbit do to further our understanding of two public figures and the execution of their mandates?
In the end a couple of principles that came to my mind were from Islam: a) When hurling an accusation such as this, the reliability must be paramount: Where they having an affair or were they just friends? After all Imran at least is supposed to be a gangly, awkward teen around then from a parochial background -- unlike the more worldly Benazir, b) Let us coverup useless little details that will only cause pain (and some gossipy delight I guess)

Let us not bring up these affairs esp.if one of them is dead and can't even defend herself.Remember she took the risk to return to her motherland after many years in exile just to lead the nation towards democracy and was brutally assassinated.If there was something( which I doubt,) may the Almighty forgive her,ameen.

It is not an objectionable affair for the elite class in Pakistan.
