Trust the human brain to come up with the weirdest of ideas – a school of thought is gaining ground to create robots for safe sex. Given the increases of diseases like HIV and AIDS, related to physical relationships between two persons, the best option would be to go in for robot sex. Listen to what a tourism futurologist Ian Yeoman of the New Zealand’s University of Wellington has to say on the tourism in the year 2050 – in his opinion, since the cost of basics like food and electricity would increase, a time would come when tour operators would have to rely on robots. Therefore, be ready to see robot waiters at cocktail bars, remote controlled security dogs equipped with cameras to transmit images to a central location etcetera apart from robots who would be ready for sex.
