Musharaf And Iftikhar Chaudhry

12 Aug 2009,Karachi Pakistan,The new topic of debate in Pakistan is about Musharaf`s trial, several questions are arising from political analysts and politicians and even common people.

But one question is that if Musharaf is proved for treason than he will not be alone, the team which will join him is very long including politicians, army men, beurucrates ,and most importantly judges. They also join Musharaf after his take over in 1999,and if the court is only condemning him on his 2007 emergency.Than this is a revenge or free judiciary of Pakistan.

Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry who was the main role in the lawyers movement in the recent days was also among the people who joined Musharaf after 1999 act agaisnt Nawaz Sharif.
