    India's First Swine Flu death Reported In Pune

First Swine Flu Death been Reported in India when a fourteen year girl named Rida Sheikh died at Jehangir Hospital in Pune. She was suffering from Influenza A(H1N1)Virus infection for quite few days.

Her parents told in an interview that they are going to sue the Hospital For negligence and the Money they will donate to the charity. Rida’s father Sajid sheikh told today that if her Daughter Rida’s sample could have been send to National Institute of Virology, then his daughter may be saved.

Rida was actually from headache, running nose and throat infection from 21st July ,She visited the Medical Practitioner and on 23rd July , she went to school also. But she again got fever on 25th July and admitted to Jehangir Hospital for treatment on 27th July. On 29th July she was admitted in the ICU and the sample been send to National Institute Of Virolgy, it showed positive. Then she was give Tamilflu on 30th but couldnot survived and breathe her last breath on Monday.

The case was actually the First Swine Flu Death in India .Probably the delayed detection of the determination was the cause of death. The Govt also showcased the Hospital about the matter.

i do not know if you can actually sue the hospital in this case, other wise every single hospital is going to be sued :S if you know what i mean?
