Temperature drops by 10 degree during eclipse

The shadow of moon on earth completed 15,150 Km journey within three and half hours during the longest solar eclipse.

Shadow of sun ran on earth at a speed of three thousand km per hour. Temperature dropped by 10 degree during the eclipse. Impact of the solar eclipse was seen on 270 km long stretch.

The eclipse remained at the Pacific Ocean for the longest 6.39 minutes. The eclipse was witnessed in India first at 6.26 am and ended at 7.24 am.

Last glimpse of the eclipse was seen at 10.42 am on South Ocean. Millions of people witnessed the exclusive phenomenon of the century.

Before this the full solar eclipse took place on July 11, 1991that was 6.53 minute long.

Experts say that so long and complete solar eclipse will occur on June 13, 2132.
