I don't actually understand what went on in the "interactive session". So, the actor Aamir thinks teachers (of all fields? As in, grade school teachers, pre-school teachers and law professors as well?) should be given a higher salary because "younsters should focus on "it" like the attractive engineering and doctors" -- what does that mean? Teachers get higher salaries and...that encourages young students to learn more and become engineers and doctors? Is that your point? What exactly is Aamir's premise for his argument?

In addition, apparently Hilary Clinton agrees, but what do you mean, "inspite of a good educational system, it's not for everyone, we should provide the good educational system to each and every children". You mean that some countries do not have a very strong foundation of education and that some children are lacking in good teachers and resources? So that we should work on educational reforms in such countries where education is poor?

"its true that inspite of good educational system its not for everyone, we should provide the good educational system to each and every children" ... are you sure that is what the lady said? Or is it a typo?
