In these times of struggle, may we see into the future a new.
May people prepare food safely and with sanity in mind, sanitation first.
May we allow our thoughts to overcome oppression as we aim to please our friends and family with loving meditation that raises the level of energy in our food. Placing positive thought into our food may be the answer for me. All I hope is that our food doesn't get the better us. Herbs are our friends, so shall we progress in health and respect to our bodies.
